Ashton Estate Sun Grown
Today I take a look at the Estate Sun Grown 21 Year Salute from Ashton. Blended by Carlito Fuente, the ESG has a Dominican sun grown wrapper not used on any other cigar.
In the video I mistakenly identify the cigar as a 5″ x 50 robusto. It’s actually 5.25″ x 52 ring gauge. I talk about my wedding and honeymoon, the first six months of NiceTightAsh.com, and what we have coming in the future.

Congrats once again Charlie on the marriage. It’s great to have you back. You and Chris do an excellent job with the reviews and the site.
I am glad you reviewed this cigar. I always eye it up when I’m in the B&M but at $21+ I am a little hesitant to pull the trigger in fear that it will be a complete dud. Now I feel a little more comfortable paying the money for the cigar.
BTW, I love the stories about the wedding and your honeymoon. Thanks for letting us into that personal part of your life. Keep up the good work guys.
Congrats and thanks for another great review. I too look at the cost of these and wonder if they can be that good. I guess I have to now.

Great to have you back in the rotation Charlie. Great intro song choice and an even better cigar. Thanks for the review.
