CAO America Anthem

For our 100th post, I reviewed the CAO America in the limited edition Anthem size. The America features dual American-grown wrappers, a Connecticut shade grown and a Connecticut Broadleaf, rolled to create a pinstripe effect.

I talk about the cigar, the humidor they came in, ask what you’re smoking for Independence Day, and talk about our July contest, “Nice Tight Ash and Mr. Punch Say…”

Great review!

Well the one you reviewed is going to be my 4th smoke :) Kind of a shame that it gets harsh with that much cigar left especially when local price was $25 each! *sigh*

I might also smoke the Partagas 160 that Matt from the SR forums sent me! I am antsy to give it a shot ;)

Hi Charlie,

Great job, huge cigar wow.

Have a great 4th.

Mitch

I had the same one on the 4th that I have been saving. Same here with the harshness but it came later on. I still have another one that I have to smoke.

I’ve been smoking the CAO America’s on July 4th since they came out! They are a great cigar, and it just seems fitting!
