Haven’t had an Arganese connie but I found the Chairman Maduro perfecto to be highly enjoyable and cheap.I think I was gifted one of these… have to check.

I’ve had one or two of these and they are a nice step away from the heavier bodied/flavored cigars I normally go for. For the pirce on these, they are not too bad of a deal.

These just aren’t enjoyable to me. In fact the entire line has been less than impressive. A much better smoke is the Havana Collection Connecticut which has a lot of favor and enough strength to satisfy.

I’ve heard a lot of bad reviews on the Arganese Cigar that is why I did tried it. They’ve sold very cheap on the Famous-Smoke.com. I will try an Arganese Connecticut Presidente at my B&M next time.

It’s been so long since I’ve had an Arganese Connecticut that I have trouble remembering much about it…all I remember is that, at the time, I liked it. I’ll have to look into getting another of these at some point!

Good review. I had the Arganese Connecticut on the robusto size. If remember correctly they simplified the names because they caused confusion. Connecticut Presidente, Ambassador or Chairman for different strengths. Same for Maduro and Nicaraguan wrappers. I also wonder if there has been a blend change. Nevertheless I think this is well constructed mild cigar to enjoy in the morning with coffee, specially for the money.
