Poll: IPCPR Announcements
This week is the 77th annual International Premium Cigar & Pipe Retailers Association convention and trade show, being held this year in New Orleans, LA. Cigar makers, accessory manufacturers, and others take this opportunity to announce new products to the retailers who belong to the organization. Which new offerings are you most excited about?
Talk about what you picked and why in the comments.

There looks to be a lot of great stuffing coming out this year, there are quite a few that I’m excited about. Nosotros tops my list and it looks like I’m not the only one!
I didn’t notice the My Father Le Bijou on the list, I imagine there are a lot of folks excited about getting those.
@Ken Sayar
I was under the impression the CA Miami had already been released. Chris and I smoked one at Cigar Fest given to us by Frankie and it was phenomenal. I certainly didn’t mean to overlook Reyes.
@TimD
Good call on the Le Bijou. I stopped when I reached 30 choices. I just added an “Other” option for cigars I didn’t list.
For some reason it wouldn’t let me select 5…so I just voted for the one I’m most excited about, which is Sam’s new offering the Cain.
The others I would have voted for are:
- Room101 by Camacho
- Tatuaje La Verite
- Padilla Dominus (I want to see if the cigar tastes as it looks)
- Fifty-Fifty from Viaje (I still think it’s a little gimmicky, but I’m going to end up falling for the gimmick and buying a few to try! :D)
I Love the LFD products and Always look forward to the new and unique offerings from Litto. Unlike many Large Houses, They don’t release a new cigar every week. So, when They do, it’s usually something Special. I’m looking forward trying this new combination.
Cheers! slack
I can’t wait for all the new stuff to hit the store shelves. The cigar I look forward to the most is the CAO La Traviata, I have not had a bad CAO yet & this one looks like its going to be a great value.
Having been acquainted with TommyBB as long as I have, I’ve learned to trust his palate in suggesting cigars I might like (he, like Nivek–who could not attend this year–has a remarkable ability to match my established tastes to new vitolas).
I am unable to attend the show this year, but I look forward to trying those he considered to be winners. For now, that’s at least eight new vitolas to try at my local tobacconist.
Props to T for attending and reporting on the new offerings at cigarweekly.com!

There seems to be so much great stuff coming out this year following IPCPR. Although I did pick 5 that really peak my interest, I’m more excited to try as many new cigars as possible. Being a cigar enthusiast just isn’t fun without trying new stuff all the time, IMHO.
