Arganese ML3

Today I’m firing up the Arganese ML3. I’m a sucker for maduro, and a Brazilian maduro generally excites my palate so I’m naturally excited to try this cigar. Since I’m putting this review together during the Super Bowl I’ll let the video do the talking.

Name: ML3
Company: Arganese
Made in: Dominican Republic
Wrapper: Brazilian Maduro
Binder: Corojo
Filler: Corojo
MSRP: $5.50
Comes in: Boxes of 20
Vitola: Robusto (5″ X 50)

Overall I was unimpressed with the ML3. Although I think some extensive aging would diminish the harness of this cigar, i still can’t recommend it.

I just came across your review. Too bad about the harshness. I picked up a fiver a few weeks back and the ones I have smoked so far have had very little if any harshness. It makes we wonder if they are having trouble getting the consistency right with all of the fermenting that has to be done with these……just guessing. Anyway, I went ahead and got a box from Famous due to the fact that they are having a blowout sale on them right now. I will have to let you know how they turn out.
