Nice review. I doubt I will ever grow the balls to try another Opus X, at least for a couple years, ever since the little perfection #(4 I think) just kicked my ass ;)
I like that someone else said about the sweetness though as I had almost a fruity taste when I tried that Perfection and could not place it!
