El Triunfador

I’m back with another lancero. This time it is the El Triunfador from Pete Johnson. Looking for information on the El Triunfador is impossible since it doesn’t even show up on the Havana Cellars/Tatuaje web site but I am more interested in the experience of this cigar anyway. Information or not, I cut into this beautiful stick and puffed away. Let see how it turned out.

Another great review :)

Never had one, although I keep saying I will try one – lol

Everyone seems to rave on this cigar for some reason. I think I have only read 1 or 2 neutral reviews. I just dont like the skinny ring gauge. I wish they would have a Toro or bigger, that would be awesome!

Love this cigar. Mike, I have heard this is just the Cabiguan Maduro and Pete made this cigar so he could keep the name “El Triunfador” Check out Jerry’s review on SR.

Awesome review Brian..My experience with this cigar almost exactly mirrors yours..I was so impressed with this cigar that I bought a box from Mike @ Leaf and Ale..The only issue I’ve ever had with this smoke has been the occational tight draw..and only once did it really affect my enjoyment of this stellar smoke..
Thanks again..
